15 New faces shortlisted in all India Model Auditions for WLIFW

The jury at Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week announced the names of 15 emerging female faces, who were shortlisted on the basis of all-India model auditions which took place on 23rd September, Thursday at F Bar & Lounge, The Ashok, New Delhi. These fresh faces will match shoulders with some of the industry’s leading female models and add to the vivacity of the event.

The 15 New Faces that were chosen at the all-India model auditions for Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week are:

5)      Lekha Raman

6)      Anjali Raut

7)      Mary

8)      Olga R

9)      Sony

10)  Sangya Lakhanpal

11)  Hida

12)  Margarita

13)  Kritika Babu

15)  Liza Golden

 These scintillating ramp scorchers were chosen and tested on various physical and attitudinal attributes by an eminent jury of experienced judges that included the likes of Anjana Bhargav, Asha Kochhar, Gaurav Gupta, Harmeet Bajaj, Namrata Joshipura, Poonam Bhagat and Tania Lefebvre. The winning models were handpicked from over 120 participants.

Announcing the winners of the auditions, Sunil Sethi, President, Fashion Design Council of India said, “We have always stressed on the importance of introducing fresh faces. Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week aims to provide talented young female models with the perfect opportunity to showcase their skill sets. Promising to be a visual delight, the Spring/Summer 2011 will see participation of models from all parts of the world to create an exotic blend of Indian, pan-Asian and Western silhouettes.”
